Orders will be delivered between 1-3 business days to either the home address or clinic.

Orders to home are sent through Purolator, and due to overwhelming ecommerce business, Purolator is no longer required to get a signature upon delivery. Purolator FAQ

Rosslyn Veterinary Clinic is not responsible for orders stolen, frozen, melted, wet, or otherwise compromised when shipped to home. It is expected someone to be home for the delivery. If you will not be home for delivery, you can have the product shipped to a business address.

Shipping costs are based on the products ordered. Due to size and/or weight, certain items may bear a shipping surcharge or special handling fee. Total shipping charges are automatically calculated during Checkout prior to completing your order.

Shipping fees cannot be refunded.

Standard Shipping is available across all Canadian provinces. Some restrictions apply to specific locations. Shipments to rural addresses may exceed the standard shipping delivery window and may not be available for Ship to Home. These orders can be shipped to the clinic. Shipments are not available to post office box addresses.
